May 6th - Enowkin Centre, Penticton

Kieran, Sarah and I were taken by Chad, who rides bulls in Rodeo's (more about that from Sarah I suspect), and his Uncle Richard around a piece of land they look after. This contains many species that are endangered, for instance the black cottonwood tree and a screech owl. We saw many birds there and 2 coyotes.

They are from the Penticton Indian band, we went to the Enowkin Centre, where they organise courses to teach people about their Band. They have a book publisher there too and some wonderful art work.
