We had a hectic day today, starting with an amazing project at Okanagen College. Donna explained about the new building going up there, which has been designed and approved very quickly. Students had an input into its design and it's building will be incorporated into the curriculum.

Then we visited the hosptial and saw the MRI and CAT scanners and many other things.
Then we had a really excellent lunch at Linden Gardens, which were beautiful.
Then we went Radio Astrophysical Observatory in the afternoon, where we learnt a bit about the formation of the Universe.
In the evening we did a presentation to several Rotary Clubs hosted by the Summerland Club. The food was good, and the Rotarians, some who had come from clubs quite a distance away, were very welcoming, and laughed at Doug and Kieran's jokes!
We were all given a banner, whihc had been designed by President Andy's daughter I believe, she had been an exchange student, which is a scheme many RCs seem to support here.
