the great outdoors

Given my last post was a bit of an essay I will be brief....
Bit of a recreational day today. Run in the morning, followed by a hike up and around Margaret Falls. This was followed by a lunch of the mexican variety and some dragon boating in torrential rain (as you do). Back to Lyndas for cheese and biscuits, a drink and donning of innuit parker coats and some pictures with a polar bear (since deceased). Back to Bill and Zinas for a fantastic BBQ and an education on the NHL, before heading out to meet Chad for a home brewed beer. He is somewhat of a novelty because he is both a Rotarian and a Councillor and is no older than us! Long but fantastic day.
